SoPharma was founded by Younes Slaoui, through Averroes Holding, and Ismail Cheikh-Lahlou. The Group is backed by Moroccan institutional and private investors.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee acts as SoPharma’s board of directors. It sets the Group’s strategic direction, approves the budget and major investments, and oversees the work of General Management.
