Founded in Casablanca in 1987, CESMA, the Compagnie des Équipements et Solutions Médicales d’Afrique, imports and distributes medical devices for intensive care, anesthesia, surgery, oncology and emergency care to healthcare institutions across the Kingdom.

In 2026, CESMA joined SoPharma and now carries the Group’s Medical Devices business unit.
